Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Your Second Salary, Olympia Opaline, Navalur, Chennai, 600130, Tamil Nadu, India, run by Aamar Srivastava. We decide why and how your information is used on this website, so we are responsible for it. You can write to us at support@coachpilot.co.in.

2. What we collect

• When you reserve a bootcamp seat: your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• When you take the second income quiz: your first name, email, WhatsApp number and your answers (for example, your work situation, the time you have each week and what you could invest). We use them to show your result and to suggest the right next step.
• Messages: the emails and WhatsApp messages we send you and your replies. For emails, we can see whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked.
• Visit information: which pages of this website were viewed, where the visitor came from (for example, an advertisement), and a random visitor number saved in your browser. We keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address (it cannot be turned back into your address) only to limit spam and abuse.
• If you buy a program later: what you bought, the amount, the date and the payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details go directly to our payment provider, Razorpay. We never see or store them.

We do not collect your salary slips, bank statements, PAN or Aadhaar. We will never ask you for them.

3. Why we use your information

• To register you for the Income Security Bootcamp and send you the dates, links and reminders.
• To add you to the bootcamp WhatsApp community, if you choose to join.
• To show your quiz result and send you a Personal Income Security Report.
• To tell you about the next step, such as applying for a strategy call or the Second Salary Launch program. You can say no at any time.
• To run and improve this website, and to protect it from abuse.
• To meet our legal duties, such as tax and accounting records.

We use your information for these purposes because you gave us your consent when you filled in a form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Email and WhatsApp

By reserving a seat or finishing the quiz you agree to receive messages from us on email and WhatsApp about the bootcamp, your result and related programs. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP or tell us at support@coachpilot.co.in. We will stop within 2 business days.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the service, and only as much as they need:

• CoachPilot (coachpilot.co.in), the platform we use for our website, contact records and automation. It is operated by us.
• Supabase and Vercel, for the database and the hosting of this website.
• Resend, to send emails.
• Meta, for WhatsApp messages, the WhatsApp community and, if you accept, the Meta Pixel described in section 6. Your number is visible to other community members only if you choose to join the community and the group settings show it.
• Zoom, for the live bootcamp sessions.
• Razorpay, to take payment if you buy a program.
• YouTube (Google), only if you press play on a video on this website. Nothing from YouTube loads before you press play.

Some of these companies store data outside India. We use them because of their security standards. We may also share information when the law requires it.

6. Cookies, the Meta Pixel and advertising

This website saves one small first-party browser identifier so we can count visits and see which advertisement or post brought you here.

We also use the Meta Pixel (from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to measure how our advertisements perform and to show them to people who may find them useful. The Pixel loads only if you press Accept on the cookie bar. If you press Decline, or do not answer, nothing from Meta is loaded. When it is on, Meta receives information such as the pages you view, the buttons you press and when you reserve a seat or take the score, together with details from your browser and device. We do not send Meta your name, email address or WhatsApp number. Meta’s own privacy policy explains how it uses this information.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie choices” in the footer, and you can delete the saved identifier by clearing your browser data. You can also manage advertising settings in your Facebook and Instagram accounts.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are on our list or taking part in a program, and for as long afterwards as the law requires for accounts and records. If you ask us to delete it, we will, except for records we are legally required to keep.

8. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete your information, and
• withdraw your consent to messages or to our use of your information.

Write to support@coachpilot.co.in and we will answer within 7 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is in place. Our grievance contact is Aamar Srivastava, at the same email address.

9. Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS), access controls and well-known service providers. No online service is perfectly safe, so please keep your own passwords and phone secure too. If we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

10. Children

Our programs are for working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their details, write to us and we will remove them.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If the change is important, we will tell you by email.
